Gorgeous 6mm rosecut lab-grown pink sapphire gemstones are set in a 14k gold fill bezel on sterling silver backings. I did this because I liked the reflection of the pink stones in silver but with the framing of a gold bezel. Posts and ear nuts are sterling silver.
